I'm not sure how anyone can make predictions about records for next season when the draft hasn't even taken place yet. That's kinda putting the cart before the horse. You know someone in this thread said that Archuleta isn't a coverage safety, he's a guy that can come up and hit somebody hard...isn't that what I heard about Todd Johnson too? I don't know Archuleta that well, so it could be a bad comparison, but that was my first thought.

Lots of people think Schaub could start for most teams. Hell, a lot of people think Schaub should start for his current team. And he sure has an impressive career resume of 6TD's and a 69 rating to back it up. This guy has been living off a few lights out preseason performances. All hype. I hate to pull out the two word argument, but: Sample. Size. That cuts both ways though. Nobody can know if he's good or bad...and they sure can't know that he's better than Carr.

I still would like the Bears to end up with a Grossman/Carr combination at QB next season.

I really hope this doesn't mean they are cutting Brown. Arch, Brown, Manning and Harris could actually make up a pretty solid safety core. Per John Mullin in the Trib.

Damn, I had Creighton in the Elite 8. At least Wisconsin pulled it out. Hopefully the fact that I'm doing really well in the first round will make up somewhat for Creighton in the next few rounds.

Fixed. I don't like having to root for Wisconsin. My instinct is to root for the upset. But Wisconsin losing would screw me.

Not only do I have Wisc winning the championship on my bracket, but I have them against Ohio State and I have the total points at 148...wow was I delirious when I did that.

I have them as my Champ, but I would be willing to see my whole bracket busted to see Texas A&M CC beat them in the first round. That would be excellent.

Umm...did I miss something? When was that decided? http://www.suntimes.com/sports/mulligan/285706,CST-SPT-mully07.article . He didn't say WR though, just offensive player. Maybe Hester fills the need at TE or OG instead. Or QB. He could be the next Kordell Stewart. And really, who wouldn't want to be that?
