  1. Glad someone else said it so I didn't have to. Clearly the committee is holding a grudge for Buzz questioning them last season so publicly and with actual facts. Thought with the way we've been playing since 1/1 that we could have been a potential Final Four surprise team if we got a decent draw. Now I'm not even thinking Sweet Sixteen. To get Texas, arguably a 1 seed, in the 2nd round is horsefeathering brutal. I think there's a very good argument for aTm to be seeded higher, but their paper thin non-con, unfortunately weak SEC draw(4 games against Bama/UK/UT including tourney), and pair of quad 4 losses are a more likely culprit than an imagined vendetta against Buzz. Our resume certainly has some big flaws. Our non-conference schedule was not good and we had some horrible losses on top of that. In no way did I think this would even be a discussion back in late December. But according to Torvik since January 1st we are playing like a top 5 or 6 team in the country. Our NET ended up at 19. Even Lunardi says we got screwed (quote below). Plenty of national writers are saying the same thing. This is not a biased homer whining about his team getting screwed. A&M finished as a 6 seed or better in all 82 of the brackets submitted in bracket matrix. We were a 4 in 11 of those brackets. Creighton finished as a 7 in almost every one of those brackets and as low as a 10 in some yet ended up as a 6 seed.
  2. The pigs have loads of talent. They just can't put it together on the court.
  3. Yeah, Texas aTm got hosed. 4. We just can't be allowed to have nice PG's in Chicago. :bye:
  5. Does that make you less interested in trading with them? I assume so when you consider future picks we'd be getting in the trade.

  7. Virginia isn't going to live that long, right? RIGHT?!
  8. Plus now they've won 5 straight to not only catch up to the rest of the league in points but actually dig themselves out of the cellar. These dolts are the Texans of the NHL. LOSE, YOU IDIOTS!
  9. Exactly where my mind went when I started reading the OP. And my IRL name is Tim as well. Are we the same person? What are your thoughts on beans in chili?
  10. They did NOT get it right as Devin Hester did not get in. 2023 and #23 didn't get in. Literally undisputed as the best at what he did. Maybe he can go in with teammate Julius Peppers Peanut Tillman next year. Fixed
  11. I'm intrigued.
  12. Maybe Jordan didn't play as long because he ran out of things to accomplish. He won championships all of his last 6 full seasons with the Bulls. Plus he never seemed concerned with individual goals. There are plenty of stories out there about how after his Wizards career was over he'd still work the horsefeathers out of current players on the practice court to show them he could still dominate. LeBron hasn't won a string of titles in a row and seems to care about individual accomplishments a lot more so maybe that's why he stuck around longer.
  13. Hold on to your hats. I have some ultra shocking news to share. KYRIE IRVING WANTS TO BE TRADED BEFORE THE DEADLINE I'm absolutely stunned by this developing story. Stunned, I tells ya.
  14. Vic Fangio is getting $4.5MM/year for 3 years from the Dolphins. Holy horsefeathers.
  15. That marriage was probably doomed anyway.

  17. That’s about when I turned the game on. I’ll take the blame for the collapse.
  18. I really like Harry, but there's a reason I don't want him back. The Bears are already bringing back Mooney, Claypool, Velus Jones and St. Brown. Harry would be the 5th WR on a roster that usually carries 6. I know they carried 7 a lot of this year, and they could cut Jones, St. Brown and/or Harry for minimal dead cap, but I'd hate for them to get rid of Jones so quickly after flashes in the 2nd half, and obviously cheap rookie deal and great speed. St. Brown they obviously value by locking him up before the season ended. So, that limits the number of spots you have to truly upgrade the WR position. I just don't see much of a path to improvement if you bring back 5 of the 7 players on a bottom 5 WR depth chart in the league. The FA market is soft on WR's this year, right? If so bring back Harry and draft one. Spend more picks/cap money on protecting Fields up front and let's see what he can do with this group. Then maybe we can make a bigger splash at WR next offseason. Just spitballing here off the top of my head.
  19. Petition to have this name automatically changed to Stupid McUglyface if anyone posts it here.
  20. Because people are at work and unable to watch? Well, if they played in Paris when we could watch it would be at midnight over there. They have these things called "weekends" when most people are off of work.
  21. Because why the horsefeathers not? lol Because people are at work and unable to watch?
  22. Why are the Bulls playing in Paris on a Thursday afternoon? (Yes, I know it's not afternoon in Paris but it is here.)
