A&M is a 5.5 point favorite against Miami. I know we are at home but that line screams "free money" to me. That's usually a sure sign to bet the opposite way but I can't fathom betting on the Aggies right now.

I always do that. I like to read everything being said prior to and during the game after the fact. I would have been there with everyone else with the comments on how horrible they looked in the first half. I'm digging this new coaching staff quite a bit. I hate tacky unsportsmanlike conduct penalties, but I certainly give the punter a pass for his. Glad to see clean football being taught in the locker room. Trying to explain that unsportsmanlike penalty to my wife was fun. I'd love for the NFL to explain it to me.

Hit under 10 in the first quarter tonight. Now I just need to make sure the longest TD of the night is no more than 44 yards. Would be a nice start to the week especially since I realized tonight I accidentally bet Texas +20 instead of Alabama -20 somehow. Guess I just fat fingered it and wasn’t paying close enough attention.

I think I read somewhere that this is only the 3rd non conference road game in the Nick Saban era at AlabamaI mean, except for all those National Title games, yeah. (Kidding, I know what you meant.) A lot of teams this week get a opportunity to show something. Tennessee/Pitt Baylor/BYU KY/Florida (game of the week) Also, aTm should win, but I’m very interested to see how that App State game plays out. Yeah, the offense needs to mage a huge leap from week 1 to week 2 for me to have any confidence in this season as a whole. Haynes King did not look overly impressive against SHSU.

They usually play a big time neutral site game to start the season, I believe. It's not like they've been scheduling nothing but non-conference cupcakes. "Neutral" as in scheduling a northern / western team to play somewhere in the deep south? Neutral as is not on campus. 2021 they played Miami in Atlanta. 2017 they played Florida State in Atlanta. 2024 they are scheduled to play Wisconsin in Madison. I hate that I'm defending Alabama but is it weak to play a team like Louisville if the game is in Florida? Or USC in Texas?

I figured I'd start up a gambling specific thread for my fellow degenerates so we don't annoy others on the regular threads. And if anyone gets the thread title reference, I stand and salute you. It's pretty obscure. LSU fucked me all kinds of ways on Sunday. I somewhat got back on track Monday with Clemson but I need a strong week. Anyone confident about any upcoming lines this weekend?
