    Winston is a great QB. I'm not overly impressed with Mariota, though. Even before last night. He's very good, but not great IMO.

    Only player that really interests me for Oregon is Hroniss Granu the center. Lokombo is interesting at LB, I guess. Stanford has a lot of talent of interest. What about that Skov kid?

    I watched until the end. The Riess kid was catching a bunch of great hands but Farber was playing like the amateur that he was. He let Riess push him all over and slowly choke all his chips away until he was crushed.

    Belichick against Manning only other time I can think of. Didn't work then. I was happy about the decision to go for it although not so thrilled about the actual play call. Thank god it worked, though. Huge, huge win for the Bears last night. Things seem a little bit better when you have scoreboard over the Packers, especially at Lambeau. I was scared to death about going for it and probably would have chickened out myself, but the play call was good. There was no way they were gaining anything up the middle. All you needed was one link of the chain. I hate handing the ball 4 yards backwards in a situation like that. But what the hell do I know? Trestman called the play and it worked so kudos to him.
