    To me the big killer, after not scoring with runners on 1st & 3rd with one out early in the game, was the Ross GIDP. At that point I had a feeling the game was over.

    yikes i didn't even see this post when i made mine and i agree that it was odd that almora didn't come into the OF in the 9th i think it was a reference to him saying that riding his bike to Wrigley in uniform reminded him of Benny the Jet in Sandlot. But it is kind of odd because the 7th inning of the 82nd home game of the season is a strange time to play something other than his wife's one song for likely the first time all season.     If another set of goalposts was put up next to the other one, A&M's kicker would have still missed that game winning attempt. That was sickening to watch. I'm not shocked he missed but I think anyone on this board could've done what he did on that attempt.
