    Bought my plane tickets a few months ago. I fly in on Thursday and have tickets to games 3 & 4.

    I was at a bar in Dallas with at least 100 Cubs fans. What an amazing experience. Then I went out to a friend's birthday party and went crazy until closing time. And of course on the way home my horsefeathering car breaks down. I was just told it's the fuel pump. I knew SOMETHING was going to horsefeathers up my night at least somewhat. But screw it, the Cubs are going to the World Series and I will be at Wrigley for games 3 & 4!

    I imagined it would be Seal Boy, Unless they want to keep the extra pitcher (Z). I figured the plan was to bring Seal Boy back after they didn't need the extra lefty out of the pen. I would think it's more likely they bring Szczur to the active roster. Extra OF since Schwarber wouldn't be able to play the field and Szczur is right handed instead of LaStella or Coghlan, lefthanders. Plus his bats have all those hits in them, amirite?

    Too bad this game is on an off night for the World Series. But it is on Halloween so maybe we should all just go trick or treating instead of watching this abortion of a football team.

    My dad had to be rushed to the ER right before Game 7 started. He wouldn't let me go with him because of the game. His excuse was that he needed me to text game updates to my sister so he could know what was going on while his life was hanging in the balance. He was the biggest Cub fan I ever met and it kills me that he passed before he could see the fruits of the Theo/Hoyer regime. Winning the WS without him will be bittersweet for me whenever that happens.

    That's because it's all the national media idiots and non-Cub fans can talk about right now. I almost want to watch Game 6 in a bar with no sound so I don't have to hear Joe horsefeathers opine endlessly about Steve horsefeathering Bartman.
