Lester because yesterday was his "side day?" Or Lackey...not sure what else you do unless Hendricks just mows them down and never gives Joe a chance to use Q. Did someone leave Montgomery in Chicago? WTF. I know he started a couple games but I'd be a bit surprised to see Joe start him in Game 1 of the NLCS with Lackey around (assuming he's still on the roster for the next round and the Cubs win tonight).
