  2. 50% would be about right. It really begs the question as to what Albert would fetch in the open market today? He is easily worth more than Arod, but can that type of contract be had for the next couple of years. $30 million doesn't seem like a number that out of reach for him.
  3. I hadn't worked my way through this entire thread. I would list Austin as one of the 5 best cities in the US. Those two people probably graduated from OU.
  4. Shark and Heilman are still on the roster, so Gregg is safe.
  5. I can't wait for the day when Pujlos costs the Cards 25+% of their total payroll like he should right now.
  6. Is this also the order for the upcoming minor league draft? Yes, as far as I am concerned
  7. thats interesting.
  8. Is Hull the best place for him. I think he would perform well in England, just wondering about Hull.
  9. I think that is what I am most excited about. Donovan is probably playing the best he has ever played, and I want to see him stick it to Mexico more than anyone in Azteca. Deuce has really stepped up in providing something in big games even if he is invisible for parts. I still haven't figured out why, but this just seems to be a different team with Davies on the field. I think the odds of Clark or Bradley taking a card in the middle vs. Dos Santos are very good. Hopefully its nothing stupid because like you mentioned they need to come out confident and even physical in the middle.
  10. I'm more curious as to how many teams would be involved.
  11. Unless you believe it will take 3 years before you can even win. Still if they trade him, they have no business resigning Washburn in the offseason. Hell trade Ichiro 1st. Whats there payroll at anyways?
  12. I'll be at the 1st UT game of the year :-).
  13. Wouldn't that be Shane since he's last in the standings? (scrambles to think what I can offer Shane...) Oh, is that how we're doing it? I forgot what order we were going with. I just misread what you acquired from Ping. I must get Starsburg before you. Just like Lincecum. :pig: I would let him have Starsburg, never heard of that guy. Strasburg on the other hand ;-).
  14. You can talk all you want, but your not getting my snackpack.
  15. The impending Wayne Rooney Part II Bonerfest from English fans and media is going to be annoying. That is a terrible move for Coop, btw. A mid table Bundesliga II team over MLS? Terrible for the league to lose players like him to leagues/teams like that. As long as he is not a complete douche like Rooney I'm ok with it. Helps that he plays for Arsenal ;-).
  16. Its hard to believe that Felix is only 23 with the amount of experience he already has.
  17. Jack Wilshere is an impressive young player.
  18. So in FC Dallas first game without Cooper they win 6-0 over Kansas City with Cunningham scoring 4, WTF.
  19. That would be soul crushing after all this for Gregg to give it away in the ninth.
  20. I say he's a keeper...... Fukudome AB R H 2b 3b HR RBI BB SO BA OBP SLG OPS BABIP P/PA IsoD RBI% batting 1st 63 12 21 5 3 1 11 10 8 0.333 0.413 0.556 0.969 0.370 4.26 0.080 0.417 Took about 240 games to figure out, but I am glad it has finally happened. Now throw strikes Gregg, don't piss me off.
  21. I noticed that too, Baker is going to have a 5 finger hand print on his rear for a couple of days.
  22. That might have been the hardest he has ever hit a ball in his life.
