  1. He has the Titans taking Patrick Peterson at 8. No way he falls that far, but I cannot express how happy I'd be on draft day if the Titans got Peterson. Yeah, I've seen a couple mocks with Peterson going #1 now. I have actually convinced myself that I want the Cowboys to trade up to get Peterson, but I would be hard pressed spending a #1 overall pick on a CB. I don't know why considering some of the most valuable defensive players in the league are CB's too. I'd rather get Amukamara at 9 than trade up to get Peterson if I'm the Cowboys. Peterson's clearly the better player, but not so much better that it's worth giving up picks/players for. Of course, not 100% sure Prince will be there at 9. I think Prince is the way they will be going and my prefered pick based on need. Right now I am pretty lost as to how this draft is going to shape out. There really is no concensus on any of the top 10 picks, everyone seems to have a range of +/-2 slots based on the avg Mock Draft.

  3. That chick from Precious. I'm gonna say both of them. One still isn't enough for Iowa to get in.
  4. There has always been talking about the recruiting of Lache Seastrunk having a handler/street agent when he went to Oregon two years ago.
  5. I'm hoping its USC again and Kiffen goes down in flames. I know Dew is with me on this.
  6. Arsenal is ticking me off. I got them at I believe 8-1 to win the league when I was in Vegas last summer and they continually either a)blow easy opportunities to go top or b)stay just close enough that I can't throw out the ticket. Just looking at there schedule they have dropped 3 points to West Albion, 2 points to Newcastle (up 4-0), 1 or 3 points to Tottenham (up 2-0), and 2 points to Wigan. They really have no excuse for not leading by at least 5 points. To be fair, Man U blew leads at Fulham, home to West Brom, at Everton, at Birmingham and lost at 18th-place Wolves. Nothing like blowing a four-goal lead to Newcastle but they did give up two in injury time to Everton and dropped points are dropped points, no matter how it happens. That's either 9 or 11 points dropped (depending on the result at Wolves) so they could have the title all but wrapped up if those games go differently. Thats true but they should receive a 10 point reduction cause Rooney is a douche.
  7. That was my first thought. Though the NCAA should hand down a sanction just for their new floor of the basketball court.

  9. The EPL just got a little more interesting. Arsenal can close within a point with a win at home v Sunderland. Considering I am not expecting much good to come out at the Nou Camp on Tuesday they need to take care of business at home injured or not. Chamakh or Arshavin will have to step it up with van Persie out almost a month.
  10. The brightside for me is that Texas lost by 5 and had maybe there worst shooting game of the year Hamilton, Joseph, and Brown shot a combined 9 for 40.
  11. To be fair, nebraska has only lost two home games this year--KU and KSU. I don't know how confident I'd be of a road win there if I were a Mizzou fan. Nebraska is very tough at home.
  12. I really hope Tristan Thompson stays one more year.
  13. If the Yankees offer is Joba then I don't mind trying to find something.
  14. I thought he was ruined by Little Debbie.
  15. Nice job Clippers Marketing Department.
  16. I'll go with Texas.
  17. I'm starting to lose some faith in Wenger, at some point he has to learn from his mistakes. Has he ever replaced Vieira? I know he'd rather win his way than any other, but at some point you have to open the checkbook and buy a keeper, or a central defender who can actually defend. That team is one player away from basically being unstoppable. And that's the part that drive's me nuts, and instead ManU is going to win the league. Szczesny I think will be good but he's 20. Rosicky is garbage, and I would love for them to put a Bradley or J. Jones in the back behind Cesc or Wilshire. I think they feature the smallest front 7 in all of Europe. And get two Central Defenders behind him. Wenger might be getting paid as the team accountant as well, I'm not sure as to why they have half of the defenders on this roster.
  18. is that really all that crazy of an unofficial time for a wr, though? I think it is for one with his size and hands.
  19. Sounds like Mallett had a horrible day yesterday during the interviews.

  21. I hope Wenger knows that his defense is a complete piece of [expletive]. What an embarrassing way to lose a Cup Final.
  22. Great finish by van Persie, I don't think any player has been better in the EPL since the turn of the year.
  23. I hope Purdue can be the top #2 seed and be in BYU's bracket. A win at MSU tomorrow would help. Purdue doesn't have to be the top 2 to be in BYU's bracket, but I'd guess they have plenty of work to do for that spot. They're in a cluster of 3 or 4 teams for the last couple of 2 seeds at the moment. I'm hoping Texas gets in the BYU or Duke bracket, assuming Duke still gets a #1 seed. If Texas wins the Big 12 tourney then I think they will get a #1 seed.
  24. I thought he retired in 2005.
  25. Awesome, Texas really wants a #2 seed. The Buffs can't miss in the 2nd half.
