  1. Come on Howry! I wanna see a Cubbie W on SportsCenter tonight!
  2. but now bonds is going to be on sportscenter!   Thankfully, I haven't watched SportsCenter in years! :D  really? judging by some people's reactions, i thought it was mandatory. ...
  3. If someone gets on and the pitchers spot comes up, I bet we see Big Z pinch hit.
  4. Just what the doctor ordered. Well done Marmol!
  5. Absolutely, positively MUST shut them down here.
  6. 3-3 with a single, 2 homers and 6 rbi's for RoidRage. And you know this will be all over SportsCenter, regardless of the outcome.
  7. I don't know if I would say that but I've haven't been comfortable since the bottom of the first. Good teams find ways to win games when your starter has less than his best stuff.
  8. I sometimes wonder if he makes lamp shades out of skin. "It rubs the lotion on its skin..." "It places the lotion in the basket..." "...or it gets the hose again." This is guaranteed to end this quote fest ... "... i'd **** me." /cue "smooth operator" dance "I'd **** me hard."
  9. Our pitchers get two strikes and can seem to finish off the hitters. Lots of fouls today.
  10. I sometimes wonder if he makes lamp shades out of skin. "It rubs the lotion on its skin..." "...or it gets the hose again."

  12. Nice job by Lilly to gut it out on a day when he didn't have anywhere close to his best stuff. It helps that he facing the Giants and that the wind is blowing is, but he did his best to keep his team in it despite himself.
  13. What is it about Bonds that.....I just can't stand.....I can't exactly....what is it? Oh that right, the steroids.
  14. Why the hell did he run the bases then? Wow, this coming from a fan of a team that has seen the likes of Kerry Wood, Mark Prior and Nomar Garciaparra play for them in the last 3 years, but Cliff Floyd is the most injury prone player I've ever seen. Yeah...Moises and Rondell White have to be in that discussion too. Maybe JD Drew? The Glass Man!
