Some great games tonight. Conflicted about the Jets-Blues game tonight. Want STL to win the division but want the Jets and Flames in playoffs over the Kings. Also, big game in Ottawa tonight vs. Pitt. Love this time of year.

None of us are doctors of course (right?), but I'll trust that when they bring him back he's ready and there's no increased risk of injury. Considering the investment they have in him, I expect them to be smart. That said, start of round two sounds great.

Beat folks are suggesting this means an acceleration in his timetable, though it was noted due to the cap he can't come back until the playoffs start.

Yup they still have a game in hand on Winnipeg and 2 points behind. I just cannot fathom LA not making the playoffs. They should be in playoff mode right now but they looked terrible tonight. Reminds me of this tweet I saw last night: @DownGoesBrown: “Guys, I’m really starting to think the Kings might not make it.” – Me, probably in mid-May, when they've been out for five weeks.
