Per Morosi. I have to admit I don't know anything about this guy, but his 2015 line was not good. I'm surprised Beane will deal with us anymore.

Q knew it and took his foot off the gas. Reminds me of my senior year of high school when one of the Crystal Lake schools was beating our ass so bad their coach took a player off the ice. So even when we did score to make it 12-1 or 14-2 or whatever, you can't even celebrate.

Is the person that wrote this article on drugs? He's pretty highly regarded. Wrote a lot during the Kane legal drama. I agree he seems to have whiffed on this one.

See, I get why they have the rule. But it sucks for guys that were actually hurt or missed time before the break. I know Toews only missed one period but still. I look at it as a good opportunity to get him rest. If he wasn't forced to sit down he wouldn't do it. Fair point.

I don't know what the hell that was last night, but seems a good time for the all-star break. Wish more of our guys were staying home.

Garbutt wasn't a good match for this team. And in the end what all this shows is how badly Stan felt he needed to clear Sharp's salary. Can't argue, the team is doing just fine obviously. Not often does a trade go that south for us.

Do you mean like people in St. Louis, or people queasy about Kane? Whatever. I've never claimed to be a thoughtful, caring or conscientious person, but I have zero problem rooting for Kane at this point. No, my wife, the Minnesota Wild fan. We're a house divided Oh, ha. Yeah. Sucks to be a Wild fan. Spent a ton of money, decent team but you just know you aren't going to win [expletive].

I'm super biased as a Chiefs fan, but it's a really awesome stadium now. It's always been pretty nice, but was feeling pretty dated before the renovations. I don't have a lot of NFL stadiums to compare it to though. Just Ford Field and the Edward Jones Dome. It's a great stadium, but it's not like they did a total facelift like the Wrigley bleachers. I agree it was dated, but I'm not sure it's a good comparison to the cost of these other proposed refurbs. Arrowhead is awesome for a dozen reasons they couldn't really improve with money.

Obviously want KC to win but also Pitt which would put the AFC title game at Arrowhead. Holy hell that would be fun.

Buccigross was talking about that on twitter last night. The implication was that yeah, playing with Kane helps. But the dude is a finisher. I think he said a "sniper." I guess you can say he gets a little more space because Kane and Anisimov need to be accounted for. But there is no denying Panarin is a world-class offensive talent.

Yeah this is one of those games where if KU had lost, I'd have been disappointed but not mad. Self was dead on when he said post game that if Mason hadn't D'd up Hield like he did in the second half he would have dropped 60. I know Traylor got hurt on that crazy block, but I'm surprised Self went with Lucas as heavily as he did in OT. Like Game 7 of the Hawks-Kings a few years ago. Neither team deserved to lose, but someone had to.

I told you all before that disaster of a Bears game that the Chiefs were better than they looked and were going to take advantage of that second half schedule. If Cincy beats Denver next week and KC beats Cleveland and Oakland at home, KC gets the division. Crazy.
