Those B.C. tourism commercials are working. I was just in Seattle a few days ago for work. It was last minute, or I might have stayed the weekend and went up to Vancouver. I hear it's fantastic.

The ones they are wearing this year? I think they are new. I hate the collar shape, but otherwise I like them. they're 1980 throwbacks, i think. Oh sorry I was still watching curling. I was watching the Miracle on Ice profile earlier on NBC and thought it would be really cool if the Americans wore those jerseys again.

My impulse is to get indignant with you. But I agree, if he was on another team I would hate him too. Hell, he IS on my team and he gives me reasons to hate him all the time. Then he knocks the water bottle off the other guys' net and I forget.

What's the tiebreak for the last bye? Goal Differential? I believe that's correct. I really haven't looked that closely at how the medal round works. How many teams advance and how many byes? It says the top 4 get a bye, and the next 8 play each other to move to the quarters. If it is goal differential, we're in pretty good shape as long as we don't get slaughtered, and Finland wins. But there are only 12 teams in the tournament. That's why I was confused. I see though. The other eight have to play to get into the QFs.

i'd rather lose this one than in the medal round. we have an advantage because keith and seabrook have to take it easy on kane. haha I am interested to see how that goes. Although nobody ever really hits Kane anyway, save for that goof from Columbus last week.
