  1. Yeesh. I like Sharp on the PP point, but that was awful.
  2. That's alright, I keep seeing #25 and think it's Barker. And then I see Leddy out there and get more confused.
  3. Holy [expletive] Marty...
  4. Skille seems focused on playing a physical game. Which is good because somebody has to.
  5. This PP notwithstanding, they are playing a very high quality game for this early in the season.
  6. Bowman went and got guys who could play the system. Exactly what he had to do.
  7. Agreed. Doesn't help that the Hawks are allowing some really good shots. I have a feeling he's got the attitude that he can be more aggressive playing behind such a good defensive group. But that's really not the case since they are more offensive-minded defensemen.
  8. Leddy was just a turnstile again. I'll give the guy a break though, first game and all. Turco is unconscious.
  9. BICKELL! What a rip!
  10. Turco is going to give me a heart attack.
  11. He looked good in the offensive zone, not so much in his own end. Stalberg has got some wheels. And, surprise, Toews is still really good.
  12. What a save by Turco. Leddy some good and some bad on that first shift.
  13. Haven't watched the whole game, but Versteeg looks pretty solid for Toronto. He was inches from scoring a beauty a minute ago. He's erratic, but so talented.
  14. I've never heard of anything like that. I've got Directv and it's on loud and clear right now.
  15. Another owner is trying to sell high on Hillis at my expense. He offered me Hillis for Roddy White. I still have Moss and Welker. I don't think so.
  16. Was that the Osgood-Roy fight game? That was awesome. I mean, not as good as Ray Emery fighting that goon from Buffalo (Shelley?), but still pretty good. Never mind all things Wings talk. I'm really looking forward to seeing what we really have in Turco. Hopefully a good bit of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iiXq5H_R8kg And no, I don't mean blind luck, though I'll take that too.
  17. Avs are celebrating their '96 cup team tonight. I guess it's the all-important 15th anniversary. Sort of.
  18. There sure isn't a lot of muscle in this lineup: http://blogs.dailyherald.com/node/4739 John Scott is going to be kicking a whole lot of ass.
  19. Morin sent down. A little surprised. Can't believe the title defense starts tomorrow night.
  20. Any updates here? ESPN's poll has the Giants as 3.5 point favs. http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/poll/_/id/4311/nfl-week-4-pick-em-vs-spread Giants by 4. That's not the actual opening line, is it? If so, that surprises me. Home game or not, the Giants have looked awful lately. And Eli doesn't even need that much pressure on him to look bad. Which is good for us.
  21. That FG was too close to being blocked. I can't believe they are 3-0.
  22. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! F U Wisconsin!
  23. Good. This is better.
  24. Take a knee here and run the clock out and kick?
  25. NOW, RUN. THE. GOD. DAMN. BALL.
