I would agree. it just seemed like nobody was wrapping him up or gang tackling. and was that a stiff arm or was it kung-fu throat chop? either way, it was the highlight. I don't know, but the dude went flying in a way that seemed unnecessary.

I'm not in full hockey mode yet this year (once the Bears bow out, err, win the Super Bowl, I will be), but from what I've seen it seems like they have one guy [expletive] the bed at a critical moment all too often. That's not luck, just crappy play by guys who wouldn't have made last year's roster. I went back and watched Games 5 and 6 of the cup finals this weekend. That was an amazing team.

Even if the Bears lose this game, I'd be shocked if Lovie doesn't get his extension. It's the easy thing to do, regardless of whether it's the right thing to do, and that will win out.

I'll take ATL on the road as well, though it's close. I think what pushes me over the edge is that I can't stand the idea of GB coming to Chicago and winning the CG on our field.

I'm equally good with any of GB, NO or PHL at home. We aren't getting GB until the NFCC game. I know, but he mentioned GB and we could get them later on. I'm not happy with the way things went down yesterday, but I like our chances are home against them.

Count me as pro-Stoney (though my opinion of him has of course diminished) and anti-Gracey. I assume this is all wild speculation. I don't expect Ricketts to spend much money to fill this job.
