The draft I did a few nights ago went McCoy, Rice, Rodgers, C. Johnson, Brees, Foster, Brady, MJD and then I got Stafford at 9. I thought Megatron at 4 was a reach, especially with Foster still there. But yes, I would have taken Rodgers at 1.

Though I wonder if they tell everyone they have at minimum an 85% chance of making the playoffs. I picked 9th (of 10), snake draft. Took Stafford, then Graham, then filled in the RBs and then got around to the WRs. It shows, but everything I've read was about the great depth at WR this year. So it made sense. And then of course about an hour after the draft ends Stafford dinged up his hand. Though he says he'll be fine. I can't even imagine making such a lopsided trade in ters of numbers. You must have large rosters. I can't imagine taking on those five guys and having to drop three from my roster. But nice work. I need to do something to get ready for next year. 5x5 roto, went with a pitching-heavy keeper group (we keep 4), and basically Lincecum has burned me. So I'm trying to unload these starters for keeper-quality position players for next season. I offered Lester and Teixeira for Carlos Gonzalez and Billy Butler. I hope that's not too insulting to cut off dialogue. I have to get something done before our deadline in a few weeks.
