    Rapoport is saying the Browns will hire Chip Kelly.

    Yeah I saw it would be 22% of all games cancelled since 2004. Unreal. However, in the last few days I think the attitude turned negative because Fehr wanted it to. There is a lot of speculation out there that he doesn't care whether they cancel the season or not. Which makes no sense because the players will lose so much and get te same or worse deal than they could have taken in December. Or this week. I'm finally 100% disgusted with the whole process.

    USA beat Canada today pretty soundly to advance to the finals of the World Juniors. Final against Russia or Sweden Saturday at 7:00 am on NHLN. This is some very good play. Can't believe they steamrolled a Canadian team with several NHL'ers who were only able to play because of the lockout.

    I'll be rooting for Scott Langley, who just got his card and is from St. Louis. And I know his mom and she's really nice. And of course I hope Tiger gets on track and duels all year with Rory.

    That's kind of crappy isn't it? You'd think the new coach would want to bring in his own guys. I think it's them playing the contract game a bit so if a coordinator tries to leave, they can "quit" rather than get "fired". So they can get out of as much salary as possible. But can't they try to leave now? And if they are released to do so now aren't those chances improved?

    You also have to remember that the reporters are surely bating the players for these comments and are posting ones that will get a reaction. This is their immediate reaction to negative news being caputured here. They are all professionals and will get over it quickly and move on. True enough.

    The players need to grow up. Did they really not see this coming? And Hester remains a very unintelligent person.
