These 2 teams a gawd awful, holy crap -
Jimbo Covert had the same surgery as Jenkins had. He basically said it’s a crapshoot, long recovery. Covert had it towards the end of his career then retired shortly thereafter. Granted, medical technology has increased significantly since coverts surgery but still - doesn’t bode well for Jenkins based on Coverts comments.

Honestly, Trubisky pulled a few of those jailbreak runs out as well. Fields has been off on a few throws. For a rook, I guess it’s good but I haven’t seen anything too much different than Trubisky. He's 16 for 20. This is as bad a take as I've seen, and I've read some bad takes over the years. With a 6 us avg. Yeah, the worst take

The missed PAT less so. Anyways, the last time we had a Bears QB who could take dead in the water and turn it into something was maybe Cutler. Nice to have just a natural talent. Honestly, Trubisky pulled a few of those jailbreak runs out as well. Fields has been off on a few throws. For a rook, I guess it’s good but I haven’t seen anything too much different than Trubisky.
