Careful not to read too much into one (limited) season's worth of extreme (good or bad) defensive numbers. I don't think that's necessarily what he is. Also, I think his presence alone at least has some impact on the chances teams will take on the bases, which isn't really taken into account. I'm say that's what he is right now. It'll be great if next season he's not terrible, but right now he's a liability defensively.
