Fair assessment, but I have a soft spot for legit spoof movies since no one attempts to do them well anymore. They Came Together, Walk Hard, and Black Dynamite are the only spoof movies of the last 15 or so years worth watching, IMO. It's a lost art, so when any of them are remotely good, I have to appreciate it for more than it probably deserves, but that's just me. Hurry the horsefeathers up, Darvish. Eh, I think the latter two are genuinely great; TCT just has some long stretches of flat out terrible jokes.

Tanking horsefeathering sucks and is lame every single time but it's great. That is the conundrum.

the brewers were not nearly better than the cubs last year. the cubs are also obviously adding a pitcher. What? They were a young team that had a 5.5 game lead on them at one point. They fell apart at the end of the year. They've added a ton so far, what if they sign Darvish? I like how the team that had a horsefeathering 12 game swing to blow the horsefeathering division is somehow the one you're impressed with.

It cracks me up how he's wishy-washy on the nicknames, which was pretty much the only thing people liked or remembered about the XFL.

I guess I just don't understand the idea of it happening "too late." Like, is he saying because he wasn't that good when he was a younger player, it should count against him? Why? And man, I was surprised at Ortiz only being a 50 fWAR player. I guess I just assumed he was 60+ even with the slow start to his career.
