This is very debatable. Yeah, it would be fantastic if Silva somehow figured things out, but it just doesn't seem very likely given his age, the type of pitcher he is and his lack of success in the majors to this point. He's really only got one year where he wasn't terrible, and it's not like that one year sticks out as some impressive feat of what could be (he pitched about 6 games fewer than his other full seasons, and his last couple games that year he was horrendous, so so who knows how that year would look with at least 5-6 more starts). Yes, it would be great if he could get back to those 2005 levels. It's just very unlikely.
