    Seeing as it's an official MLB-sanctioned broadcast or whatever I'd assume they have say over the content.

    Actually, Hawk is perfect for Santo's role of the the ridiculous homer. The difference is that Ron was wisely relegated to the color commentator role on the radio and Hawk is inexplicably the play-by-play guy on the television broadcast.
