  1. The Cavs have a home-and-home with Detroit on Sunday and Monday. :(
  2. Yeah, but it got a bit scarey. :D Nice win for the Bulls.
  3. The Jazz could be looking to move Boozer. Injuries are a concern and he's expensive, but he's only 24. I'd trade Sweetney and Thomas for him if Utah's looking to cut and run. Unlikely. If he can stay healthy, he's an excellent player. I was sad to seem him leave Cleveland, although Gooden has done a good job as a replacement.
  4. Congrats Bulls. You guys needed that one. It looked ugly early in the Cavs game. We were down by 15 in the first quarter but turned it around for the 6-point win.
  5. Oh, they would have? How did they do against MSU this past season? Notre Dame will not join the Big Ten after watching the mighty Penn State go from a perennial powerhouse as an indy to getting knocked around like a good team should. In the Big Ten, ND would be the next Minnesota. And I'd judge that over the next decade or so, ND will be better than most of the top-tier Big Ten tams. I must disagree, kind sir.Well, then refer back to this post in 2016 and we'll see who's right. :D Haha, will do!

  7. Yeah the Bulls are sorry indeed. Looks like the Cavs are finally going to get to the playoffs! I really hope so. I think we have a legit chance at winning our first round series, too, depending on if we can hold onto the #4 seed.
  8. Sorry about the bulls. The Cavs almost blew one. They were up 11 with 3:07 left, and the Bucks went on a 12-0 run to take the lead. Talk about upsetting. But LeBron actually decided to step up in the clutch, go figure.
  9. Agreed. =D He dropped 42 on the Suns tonight. (not that everyone else hasn't dropped 42 on the suns)
  10. In fairness to us, he plenty deserved it at the time. Good to see him getting back to 04-05 form, though. Maybe, but it wasn't from lack of effort, at least from stories I heard.
  11. Maybe now you guys can get off Chandler's back for awhile. :P
  12. Watch out with the Hawks. When they are playing well they can be really good. The cavs had some trouble with them tonight. We were down double-digits twice before pulling it out and beating them by 9 in the end. Isn't that true of any team in the league? I suppose so. But I guess what I meant is that the Cavs didn't play all that bad. LeBron had 38pts, 9reb. Gooden had a double double. Z had 18. Marshall had 19 off the bench. We out rebounded them. And we shot 29 more free-throws then they did. Yet they were still in it until late. They were just better than I expected. They have a lot of nice young players. I think they could be a playoff team in 2 years.

  14. Jesus if they let him get away they might as well just contract the team. It wouldn't be a question of the Cavs letting LeBron leave; it would be LeBron choosing to leave. Cleveland will be able to offer him more money over a longer period of time than any other team in the league. If LeBron leaves, it won't be for more money. Seriously doubt it happens. Exactly. Danny Ferry isn't stupid enough to not make cap room. (if it would be needed)
  15. Wow, Toledo is awful. Of course, the whole MAC West is awful. On Saturday BSU was 0-5 in conference - on Thursday they could move to 2nd place in the MAC West by beating W. Michigan. Yeah, the Mac West is quite subpar. Go Kent! :)
  16. I kind of figured that, plus isn't he from Ohio. BUT, the only other team that I could see him playing for is the Bulls due to the whole Jordan thing :D. Yeah, he's from Akron, which is only like 40 minutes from Cleveland. If LeBron went anywhere, it would probably be New York.
  17. LeBron has said many times that he can't wait to resign. He has said that he wants to build a championship team, not be traded to one. Given, people say things and then do others, but it's still promising news. :D
  18. Crap, I hate to see Coco go, but at least we are getting a lot in return...in theory at least. By the way, Crisp is going to be a superstar as long as he is playing in a big market like Boston.
  19. He probably deserved the suspension, but don't think that anyone involved with the Knicks organization blames him.
  20. Heh, I don't quite think the Colts have reached the heights of the Cubs yet, but still pretty funny. 8)
  21. CC Sabathia and Mike Hargrove. :(
  22. Why get rid of it? It isn't hurting the game. The all-star winner getting home field advantage can hurt a team, but this clearly doesn't. It adds something new.
  23. Legs getting tangled up isn't PI.
  24. That was clearly not PI.
