    I'll be there if the Cubs lose this one. We have one more inning to go, the middle of the order due up, and a crotchety and crazed umpire behind the dish. The 9th could turn out well for us. But if they lose, I'll be annoyed. To add insult to injury, is ANYONE else upset that Ricky Nolasco pretty much shut out the Dbacks going up against Branden Webb?

    The back end of our rotation is mediocre. The rest of our pitching is stellar. We have a #1 pitcher.....and four #5's..........Dempster and Lilly are #3's at best, and this season Dempster is overachieving, while Lilly isn't looking so good....I don't trust EITHER in the playoffs. You even contradicted yourself with your own sentence. I may have worded it wrong.....on their best day Lilly and Dempster are #3's.....but in reality, our entire staff is comprised of #5 pitchers.....with the exception of Zambrano. I hope you don't really think Lilly is a #5 pitcher. That's just ridiculous. So far this year.....he hasn't been very good. In the playoffs he was garbage. I have zero confidence in Lilly.
