    This absolutely sucks. First, I could have gone to this game tonight, except I have a final tomorrow morning. Second, the Bears play on MNF twice this year. Somehow, someway, both times I have a damn statistics review, from 8-10 the first time, and 830 to 1030 tonight. Who the hell has a review that late AND during finals week? I am not happy about this.

    Well, the four bad games count as much as the six good games. It's not like those bad games shouldn't count. The troubling thing is that Rex has regressed over the last several weeks. Right now, Rex is playing at a level that is unacceptable. This is a big game for him. Good Rex should be able to put up a respectable performance against a bad team such as the Rams. Even if it's a ball control performance against a team that is weak against the run, that's OK. But if he is throwing picks on Monday Night, I can't think of a reason not to go to Griese. I agree with everything you just said. Hopefully this is bad stretch and he comes out of it these last four games.

    So by my count, Rex has 6 really good games, against the Packers, Lions, Seahawks, 49ers, Bills, and Giants. He's had two mediocre games against the Jets and the Vikings in Minnesota. He's had 4 terrible games against the Cardinals, Dolphins, Patriots, and Vikings. But for some reason only the four bad games count. That is frustrating. And yes it frustrates me, but to completely ignore the fact that he has had some good games is annoying. Anyways, Bears need to win tomorrow, hopefully big too. And I really hope Grossman plays good game number 7 tomorrow night.
