  1. I can only laugh. What a [expletive] joke.
  2. The refs didn't make the Nuggets shoot 3 for a billion from the field from the end of the 3rd to most of the 4th quarter.
  3. Man, it's too bad the Bulls got rid of JR Smith for nothing. Basically he fits every category of the 2 guard you want playing next to Rose. Big, can defend, can stroke it from 3, and his decision making/ball handling/play making has really improved.
  4. I loved the part where James was taking the title of GOAT away from Jordan tonight by bricking two free throws and then throwing the ball away on consecutive possessions.
  5. That was pathetic Fontenot. Come on, those were BP fastballs, elevated.
  6. This is actually getting kind of humorous.
  7. Nice pick. I suppose that's the one acceptable area of the stadium for a 30 something year old to bring a glove to the game. Also, Fonty got a hit. The offensive juggernaught is back!
  8. Whoa, I was watching the basketball game. We scored??
  9. These have to start dropping in at some point right?
  10. You can't spell Hedo Turkoglu without Ehlo.
  11. Not that bad. Even though some didn't want to admit it, no one expects the Hawks to win this series. Even down 0-2 and tied 3-3 in this one, they've played better than I thought they would/could. Well I didn't really expect the Bulls to beat the Celtics and I was dying on every possession. I can't imagine walking out of the UC tonight and not wanting to hang yourself if they end up losing this game.
  12. I'm really glad I'm not much of a Blackhawks fan right now. This would be agonizing.
  13. Yeah, and Joe Montana was nothing without Bill Walsh. Remind me, what was Belichick as a head coach prior to Brady? Don't get me wrong, I'd want him running the Bears out of any guy out there but you can have the best system in the world and you still need good players to execute it. Belichick would be the first to tell you that. And Cassel had a decent year in 2008--as in he was a borderline top 10 QB in the league. Brady had the greatest season of a QB in league history with largely the same personnel. Let's not pretend Cassel went in there and duplicated what Brady did just because he did a decent job.
  14. He sure is. His accuracy is off the charts. He probably is one of the best 5 deep ball throwers in the history of the league. His pocket presence and manipulation is fantastic. Brady doesn't have the strongest arm but he can really sling it when necessary--definitely above average in that regard. He's not very mobile but he has a quick release and can throw on the move as well. And his resume stacks up against anyone's. How is it not arguable?
  15. Tom Brady in his entire career has never had a season where he was sacked as few times as Cutler was last year. Even in 2007 Brady was sacked 21 times (compared to Cutler being sacked 11 times last season) and that was the lowest total of his career. I like Cutler too but that's just way overboard. Brady is arguably the greatest QB of all time and you're actually saying Cutler is ALREADY better. That's ludicrous.
  16. George Karl is the master of killing his own team's momentum by needlessly subbing his best players out during crucial periods. "Gee, Melo is just murdering everyone on the Lakers one on one, better take him out and let J.R. Smith run the show!"
  17. This has to be one of the shortest series, time wise, that I can remember.
  18. Looks like the Cardinals have been hitting their spots at will in this series. I don't see the value in automatically going down 0-2 every at bat. The problem is that they can't hit these pitchers underwhelming stuff.
