    Wow, Tirico just had one of the great announcer jinxes of all time. ATL first and goal from the 1: "No team has failed to score against New Orleans with 1st and goal from the 1 since 1998" *next play* Turner fumbles and NO recovers.

    Because it's depressing to watch him get killed out there, that's why. I've said repeatedly that them drafting Luck really isn't fair to him because he deserves a shot with a team whose coach hasn't quit on them and whose offensive line doesn't appear to be double agents, but the NFL is full of QBs unfairly being chucked out on their butts before they're clearly done. And I want Carolina to win games, and I think Luck's their best shot of doing that. luck is going to be about as successful as clausen. i don't see luck being anything special. Based on...? Pure contrarianism and literally nothing else.

    I think we can beat them, I would just rather not deal with all the media hoopla and fans trash-talking all week. You would've wanted to deal with it if we win.

    I don't see Cutler sitting out. Lovie takes pride in beating Green Bay and isn't going to roll over. We're going to surrender mode if the Bears have the 2 seed locked up.

    It's the NFL, weird [expletive] happens all the time. If all the percentages fall into place we'll play GB twice in a row. But it's far from a given.

    1) We could beat the Packers if we have something to play for. 2) Philly could easily lose to Dallas coming off a short week and with the Cowboys having extra rest 3) New Orleans could conceivably lose to Atlanta (likely) and Tampa (remote, not impossible)

    Although maybe we really hope Minnesota somehow beats Philly and wait for Todd Collins to knock the Packers out of the playoffs. That might be the greatest thing of all time.

    Minny whatever. I won't be mad when Philly smashes them (because they should) because the Bears knocking the Packers out of the playoffs on the road would be [expletive] epic.

    Lambeau is gonna be a [expletive] show next week if/when the Eagles beat Philly.

    It would be epic to have something to play for in GB though when they have everything on the line...and then win.
