  1. This Starks guy is having himself a game
  2. go pack Win or at least beat the [expletive] outta vick for us
  3. They sure got that footage quickly. God that call is still such [expletive]. [expletive] Patriots.
  4. I never said he is a bust or is going to be a bust. I just said that right now, he's a bad quarterback and he doesn't deserve all the ridiculous praise that is being heaped upon him. He could turn into Peyton Manning in five years but that wouldn't change the fact that his 2009 and 2010 seasons were two of the worst in the league each year. I don't read the NY papers but I don't really agree that the default position on Sanchez is that he's a recipient of "all the ridiculous praise." At least on the internet and message boards, where I keep up with football, it seems like most just incessantly talk about how he sucks, is verging on bust-status, etc. The guys that come in and kick ass right away that start as rookies are rare. Even Manning took a full year before he started tearing it up and he had a [expletive] load of college starts under his belt.
  5. The one flirting with bust status from that QB class is Stafford. Sanchez and Freeman are very clearly on schedule in their development. Freeman had a great year. Saying Sanchez is a "horrible" QB is way overcooking it. It's just asinine to suggest that going from 17 college starts to immediately starting and winning games in the pros while improving qualifies him for bust status.
  6. You mean that 75.3 QB rating (27th in the league and worse than guys like Chad Henne, Alex Smith and Shaun Hill), or the 54.8 completion percentage (29th and better than only Derek Anderson and Jimmy Clausen) don't scream GOAT to you? That would make about as much sense as declaring a 2nd year early-entry QB a bust when he's 3-1 in the playoffs (all road games) and improved quite a bit from year 1 to 2. Doesn't really stop anyone either.
  7. He's a beast especially at Arrowhead
  8. Holy crap, did you guys see that stat? Baltimore hadn't given up a 30+ yard rushing TD since 2005.
  9. I bet he goes to the Niners.
  10. Look at the fun bags on the girl in the Bulls T next to Doc
  11. I know, I'm in awe.
  12. Damnit he's back in
  13. way 2 be mark
  14. 3 minutes for Bogans at the half? Did he get hurt (plz say yes)
  15. We're gonna lose to the [expletive] Celtics again tonight. [expletive]
  16. I didnt see the game but getting a total of zero points from 40 percent of your starting lineup can't be good
  17. The thing I never understood about the Harbaugh rumors was that Stanford wouldn't be able to match an NFL/bigger college program dollar for dollar. Maybe they don't allocate that kinda dough for a coach in the athletic budget but there are tons of Stanford alums with more money than God that would be willing to pony up the cash.
  18. The fan support will go wherever the wins and losses go. The Michigan Man angle is a bunch of hokum. It maybe has an effect on the length of the honeymoon period but that's about it.
  19. Christ, $8m/yr for a guy with no NFL coaching experience? Edit: Head coaching experience I guess he did a couple years as the Raiders QB coach
  20. What has Tirico reportedly done?
  21. At the same time, you don't want to get the guy who has been playing the best ball on the team for weeks disgruntled either.
  22. Didn't see the game but you gotta have a TO in your pocket. Of all the things Vinny did to piss me off that was right at the top of the list. Need a real 2 guard...the thing is, as horrible as Bogans is, I still understand why they start him given the options. Brewer's fine in the role he has but we need a real SG that can stretch the D.
  23. I knew I should have bet that 46.5 over under before the season started. *prompts 12 game skid*
