    Wait, what? Why is there 1 page? Am I broken?

    Finally parked near Randolph and Wabash, walked to the red line, got to Wrigley right as Schwarber came to the plate. It's pretty rough with the fox feed being on a delay. The crowd destroys any suspense. Watching Javys AB and the crowd starts filing out.....getting back on the L was fun. Think I might try to find a good spot elsewhere to watch.

    Driving all day. Just north of Springfield. No real plan.

    I'm gonna be driving in tomorrow and will be around Wrigleyville all weekend. I may end up waiting in a line. No matter how lame the bars are it's the WS and I don't have a ticket. I can't just sit and celebrate alone in front of my t.v. Those of us that are going should use this thread to communicate and meet up if possible. It's going to be utter chaos.

    I just wanted to chime in and say that finally seeing this lineup (in the World horsefeathering Series!)is like having the girl you've fantasized about for two years but finally gave up on coming up to you and whispering......well, exactly what you wanted to hear.

    At the All Star Break? Hell...Saturday night... True, I was just trying to think at what point of the season the Cubs had the lowest odds of even making it to the WS.

    I just can't articulate this feeling appropriately to anyone. Every superlative has exhausted it's meaning. I'd probably do just as well with grunts and loud gestures. You guys understand, though. We're here.

    I like Jansen a lot, but I'm also completely fine with Rondon. Would like to focus on SP w/upside this off-season.

    Fri-Sun. Not a lot of financial flexibility right now, but I'm not missing this even if it means I'll probably be sleeping in my car and spending my money on beer. Would love to meet up with everyone.

    Thanks, everyone, for being my Cubs family for the last 13 years. My grandmother was the only other real Cubs fan I knew and she passed away last winter. Thought about her a lot tonight. What a ride it's been and the best is yet to come. Hope to finally meet some of you next weekend.
