    With someone like Pap with little left to prove, I'm thinking that he has his own short list of teams that he'd want to pitch for- probably the usuals (Cubs, Red Sox, Dodgers,) and none have shown interest. I mean if we were going to sign him, it would have been when Rondon and Strop went down. I think some of you guys are reading this situation wrong.
