    Maybe it changed from last year, but I bought MLB.TV early expecting to get all the spring training games, but then was only able to watch the games that were already on TV. So I wouldn't suggest it.

    Actually I think both Randy Johnson and Josh Beckett stand very good chances of besting their stats last year, Rivera is dependable, and Dempster could do well this year.

    No way. I almost always watch them sober. I like a drink or two during the game, but not enough to pay the ridiculous amount that Wrigley sells beer for.

    Yeah but I'll have another off the waiver wire by the all star break. Not if I have anything to say about it :P But yeah, although saves are my weakness, I have backup closers in Wheeler, Duchscherer, and possibly Wainwright. So hopefully Lidge implodes.

    Great team ndistops. I'm kind of regretting letting you take Webb, but I still think that King Felix could be the better pitcher. I really think taking Oswalt over Carpenter was a mistake though. EDIT: Wolf is that only one closer on your team? :? I'm in the same position.

    So did Jason DuBois. And where is your information for this? That's conjecture, plain and simple. I'm sorry, but that is way out of line. His minor league career OPS is .692. Last year, in 534 ABs, he put up a .610 OPS. His OBP was .271 and his K/BB total was 17/109. I actually agree with his defensive skills, and think those errors were just flukes. But he's looking like a Neifi Perez at best right now.

    I think that's giving the Brewers pitching staff a bit too much credit. But those outcomes seem very reasonable and possible.

    i agree. he need a full year starting in iowa imo. he has never had a full season pitching in the minors so it is not reasonable to think he could make 30+ starts in the ML. Double agreed. We've got enough pitching to go around, it would be better for him to ramp up his IP slowly.

    I'm pretty sure Cedeno is all but done with the Cubs. Although they did have him working at 2B the other day.

    If anyone can't get tickets right now to any of the games left I'd be shocked. It's DAMN easy to get into the ticket purchasing area, and I'm very tempted to buy some Pirates value date in September.
