  1. He's the pitching equivelant of Corey Patterson *ducks* (only kidding...) no he isn't he's white. No way will Chicago turn on him like it has our players the past 4 years. Hundley might have gotten the worst treatment of anybody. yeah but he brought it on himself with his antics.

  3. and burnitz sees more pitches than the entire 1-3
  4. as long as they are solo its not that big of a deal. Just can't walk anyone in front of them.
  5. ok lets get that run back and then three or four more for good measure.
  6. wind didnt knock that one down
  7. any year now grace will make the hall of fame.
  8. sweet now if we can win 1 of 1 tomorrow we will be over .500. I day at a time boys.
  9. man snell looked pretty good for the pirates.
  10. Probably getting work. But with 18 straight games coming up I think he'll have plenty of chances to get work in. lets hope he gets a shot in 17 of them or so.
  11. might as well send murton back down now that he has talked to macias.
  12. that was a strike even lawton knew it.
  13. He's trying to become a faster runner. He knows that Rickey Henderson wore 24 for a long time. oh god dusty will have him leading off if he hears that. speed is everything dude.
  14. It's no guarantee he gets a hit. Its good, aggressive baseball with two outs and the pitcher's spot up. It took a perfect throw to get the out. Bingo, it took two perfect throws to get Neifi, and he was right at the plate when the throw arrived. I'd rather try to get the run and risk leading off with the pitcher than count on the pitcher to drive in that run. WALKAH! I get what you are saying I just would usually prefer to get the pitcher out of the way to clear the next inning.
  15. Lets hope someone hits a HR so he doesn't have to run through people again. wow
  16. and prior gets a hit thank you chris speier.
  17. Maybe not that, but he did guarantee that he'll get PH for once a RH comes in. That's a good gamble by Speier. Good relay by the Pirates. gah now we lead off with prior.
