Who cares? Nothing wrong with showing some personality at the plate. Lee does sort of a half hop, Burnitz tends to stand there for a second during his follow through, ARam flips his bat. No big deal, at all. Oh, I don't mind it at all. If you KNOW it's gone, I don't care if you do cartwheels to first base. But ARam has been catching heat for the bat flipping lately, so I was curious if he was still doing it. I know B&B were complaining about it along with him not running out a flyball. That's funny, too, because they make fun of football fans who say things like "act like you've been there before" after touchdowns. Being a soccer fan, I enjoy personality and passion, and if a player crosses the line, the opposing pitcher can always throw one inside.... Agreed. The bat flip is not that bad. If it annoys the pitcher so much, next time he shouldn't throw one over the heart of the plate. I wonder if those guys have a problem with Bonds or Edmonds standing and watching there homers? Everyone does it.
