  1. i'd much rather move Mitre or Rusch then Williams, just my opinion. I'm with you. And I think they've both enjoyed enough success this year to be valuable as well. the game mitre had against the Blue Jays was pretty big imo. he went toe to toe with and beat Roy Halladay. He proved he can pitch at this level and is just a victum of being on a team with an exceptional rotation. Unfortunately, one or two big games is nice but it doesn't sell GMs who know better. From where I sit, Williams brings more than Rusch and a whole lot more Mitre right now, especially if he keeps this up. yes but remember we got Aram for Bobby Hill. The Mets traded Kazmir for V. Zambrano. GMs are dumb.

I know I wont ever forget that game. yeah didn't he beat Beckett that day? I think the kid has proven he can pitch at the big league level. Couple him with Dubois, and another arm and I think you could get a pretty good left fielder who resembles a donkey.
  3. Roberto was his name, dont know of his whereabouts.

  5. I know you'll hate to read it, but this really coincides with Patterson being demoted and Hairston and Walker moving to 1/2. Not saying it caused it, but there is a correlation there. Why would I hate to read it? I thought you were a big corey supporter I think most big corey supporters like myself even conceited that Corey is not nor ever will be a leadoff hitter.
  6. meanwhile in AAA Kearns has an OPS of over 1100
  7. i call him good young player who has the misfortune on being on one of Dusty Baker's teams.
  8. i hate dunn cause he isnt on our team
  9. Too bad theres not 7 innings left.. yeah but we are 2 for 2 on innings where we should have scored more than we did. in these type ballparks you have to maximize those chances.
  10. he is but he is a red playing the cubs.
  11. I love when the cards play these guys they totally forget how to hit. when we play them they hit everything. Especially Casey.
  12. is there a worse catcher than Micahel Barrett on catching the ball from the outfield?
  13. why build a ballpark like this? They will never be able to get pitchers there. Philly's ballpark is even worse. and Enron is great too. Why doesn't MLB step in and tell these teams that your pasrk has to be bigger than most pony league fields?
  14. why build a ballpark like this? They will never be able to get pitchers there.
  15. I am too ethical to wish an injury on him but I would love an ejection, followed by a long suspension. yep im also too ethical to wish injuries on people. I would've loved to see him go after the ump though. lets go Jerome, DP ball here. well thats ok guys I am unethical enough to do the wishing for us.
  16. Nope. I was hoping he'd go crazy at the umpire like Carl Everett. Give him a few games suspension. guys like Neifi don't get hurt or ejected. only guys like Prior and Wood do.
  17. dangit we could have put our foots on their throats there. Lets hope Jerome doesn't give them any runs right back.
