  1. If Papelbon saves it over Rivera there might me a riot.
  2. I thought Braun murdered lefties....At least he did last year. He walked last year some. He nas abandoned that this year.
  3. Good at bat Ryan. Whatever you do keep not taking pitches during the second half.
  4. Buck no longer works for the Cardinals announcing team. He will always have a little Cardinal fan inside of him...
  5. He is the best hitter, but does the Cardinals announce team have to rub that crap in?
  6. How did they not use a Madonna song for his intro?
  7. Utley and Fukudome are the only ones. But it forces Berkman and Jones to their lesser sides.
  8. except Pujols. He is held back as insurance.
  9. Why can't the Cardinals hire him as their GM?
  10. ?? Babe Ruth played there. You are getting rid of history and I do not like it. http://www.baseball-fever.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=9453&stc=1&d=1148656126 This is where Babe Ruth played http://www.mlbroadtrip.com/images/photos/august/week5/yankeefront36.jpg\ Babe Ruth did not play here. I realize Wrigley has changed quite a bit since players like Gabby Harnett played, but still. It's completely different since the mid-70's I just think that this one, Wrigley, and Fenway should never be torn down. You could build another park and use the old ones now and again for big games, but you cannot tear them down. They are too big a part of the game and it's history.
  11. Have you been there before? Personally I thought the same way as you until I went there. What a dump. Cramped dark narrow concourses, extremely steep upper deck, cramped seats. Yes and I loved it. I thought it was amazing.

  13. I cannot believe they are getting rid of this park. Idiots.
  14. Joe Buck calling out Yogi Berra for moving closer. Why not challenge him to a fight Joe. He's damn near 90 it isn't that short of throw for him.
  15. I think they did it that way to let Yogi go last. But, Buck messes these up all the time. He tries to be the moment. Instead of letting it happen.
  16. Yeah, he has cancelled a ton of autograph shows and isn't even signing through his home anymore. Doesn't sound like he is able to. It's too bad I am sure he hates missing this.
  17. No, he went in as a Red Sox. He's the reason they changed the rule. http://web.baseballhalloffame.org/hofers/detail.jsp?playerId=111153 Still, why the hell does he have a Yankee hat on, besides the typical forced special moment from Fox. Prolly cause he's in Yankee Stadium. But, he went in as Red Sox. Why not stick a Yankee hat on Mays, he played a few years in New York. The Yankees have enough great players in history without having to add to it.
  18. No, he went in as a Red Sox. He's the reason they changed the rule. http://web.baseballhalloffame.org/hofers/detail.jsp?playerId=111153 Still, why the hell does he have a Yankee hat on, besides the typical forced special moment from Fox. Where did he win the World Series at? So I guess Mark Grace would be a Diamondback?
  19. No, he went in as a Red Sox. He's the reason they changed the rule. http://web.baseballhalloffame.org/hofers/detail.jsp?playerId=111153 Still, why the hell does he have a Yankee hat on, besides the typical forced special moment from Fox.
  20. I can't imagine him ever ditching that affiliation Even if he does, shouldn't he have a Red Sox hat on? That's how I remember him.
  21. Why does Wade Boggs have a Yankee hat on? Didn't he go in as a Ray?
