    I do think they chose to go on Defense first knowing that if Oklahoma scored first that obviously they would kick the extra point. Then if they scored the touchdown it was pre planned that they were going for 2. But you would never actually just let them score.

    I donno if its ever smart to let some one score the td in OT and Oklahoma has had success running on the outside against Boise State but they sure did score fast but I dont think it was planned.

    that had to be the best game I have ever personally watched. Sure the band game was fun and flutie hail mary were nice but I never watched em live so they didnt really have the same effect. There been over great games as well vince vs usc ohio state vs miami but I still think I got more enjoyment out of watching Boise State beat Oklahoma in that game then any other I have seen.

    I know the market is high this year and I really like Zito but thats a retardly high amount of money. They could have resigned Schmidt for less than that. Plus didnt Boras say they wanted 100 mill? If thats the case why would you pay that much money. I dont know what the other offers for him where but I doubt they were really that high so its overpaying for no reason really.

    Mike Williams had such good hands when he was at USC. Its strange seeing him drop so many passes. Donno how you can have such bad hands when they use to be so good really strange sucks for Detroit but o well whatever who cares about them anyways.

    If they were healthy they should bump Marquis, the worst of the group, from the rotation. But that won't happen. exactly that would be the logical move but it wont happen so would a 6 man rotation throw off all the pitchers rythem and preparations to much to go with it?

    If Prior and Miller are healthy how viable would a 6 man rotation be? I know every team goes with the traditional 5 man rotation but to me it would be hard to leave out Prior or Miller from the rotation. If it was me I wouldnt have picked up Marquis because I think our other options are better but now that he has signed for like 6-7 mill hes gonna get a rotation spot.

    ya I heard it on outside the lines as well. Piniella wants Wood as his closer. they also made it sound like Wood didnt have a problem with that either.

    No real surprise here. Hes been the best pitcher in baseball over the last few years. Era at 2.77 19 wins 245 strikeouts. Really wish he was on the cubs but o well lol.

    there guys seem to be doing a lot better than ours were one of the worst teams in baseball and there leading there divison so I think its safe to say there talent > ours.

    After looking over the roster most of it seemed normal except for a few choices maybe certain people turned down the chance to go I donno But I was looking at the staff obviously clemens peavy and willis are great pitchers but C.C Sabathia? Maybe Im missing something but dont we have a better option then that? Just off the top of my head I can think of several Prior, Sheets, Beckett, Hudson,Zito,Mulder, Oswalt,Petitte, Buerthle, Millwood. That and the outfield seems kinda weak Damon is solid and Griffey is good when healthy Vernon Wells is decent but francouer had a pretty good few months in the majors but does that qualify you to make the team or were all the good outfielders on teams?

    I have Greg Maddux, Tom Glavine, Chipper Jones, Jarrod Washburn, Josh Beckett and last and definetly least Jaret Wright. Those are my autograph baseballs. Autograph Jersey of Jason Kidd, autograph basketball of Antoine Walker, might have a few more things I cant think of currently.
