    channel 5 news just said it was unlikely tribune would have sold the cubs by the start of next year. Not sure what to make of that but that is the first I have heard of that as a possibility.

    Why? did Soriano and Ramirez tell him when they signed their massive contracts that they only planned on trying through September, and then theyd half ass their way through the next 3 games? He put together a playoff team. Nothing he did caused this collapse. There is a huge difference between putting together a playoff team and putting together a world champion team Hendry has mastered the first part anyways.

    Indians. Really enjoy watching them play, Sizemore is one of my favorite non cub players so I hope they win since we chocked.

    Me too. But then again, I thought Corey Patterson, Matt Murton, Ryan Theriot, Mike Fontenot, Felix Pie, and Angel Pagan were the real deal, so what do I know. I get everyone on that list but Pagan don't know what you were smoking to think he was legit.

    we should sign Aaron Rowand to play CF to go along with Arod. I believe Rowand was 1-12 if not mistaken espn doesn't have his full stats up. But that would be right inline with what Arod and our offense produces in the playoffs.

    100% agreement with this order. Boston to me seems like the best team so I think they would be the least likely to choke.
