    Eh, slightly overrated but what makes it so impressive is that the ball was caught at the 420 foot mark (Polo Grounds had a 475 foot CF) and Mays had been playing very shallow, so it was caught on a legitimate dead sprint. Not the greatest catch ever but still extremely badass nonetheless.

    Fun fact: Cole had a losing record at UCLA the year he went No.1 overall and was only one game over .500 in his 49 collegiate starts. He must have been the only thing UCLA had during those years. Edit: they went to CWS his final two years. Interesting.

    So the zero attendance Orioles game had 10 runs and 15 hits and yet was played in 2 hours and 3 minutes. It was televised so the commercial length should have been the same. Wonder what took an hour, more or less, away from a typical game of that sort? The goofy fan stuff between innings surely doesn't eat up that much time.

    That sounds like a horrible place. Thus why it's only a vague memory. There were 12 years that would scream and cuss. It was awful.

    I think he needs to be flipped back to AAA. He doesn't look quite ready on offense or defense. He is better than the alternative of Herrera everyday
