Prior is good, even the best fall down sometimes. Wood was better in 2003, injuries and changes in mechanics have led to him failing to reach his lofty expectations. Fluke? No....but extremely lucky? Yes. Play that season 100 times, we make the playoffs maybe 25 times, we make it to the NLCS 10 times, we play game 7 3 times 2003 was not a fluke...this team and especially last year's team was a lot better then the 03 team on paper. The manager deserves much of the criticism for this season and i really hope Hendry takes notice and cans Baker.

thank god Hairston is in the lineup and Cedeno as well. However...Walker not in the 2 hole? Perez IN the 2 hole?? Dubois batting cleanup??? The sad thing is the game 2 lineup is probably going to be even worse.

Seriously, I hope it's too wet for anyone to play tommorow. I don't even want to know what lineups Dusty is going to throw out there tommorow. am i the only one hoping for the rest of the games this week to be postponed?

Gonna be interesting to see Dusty's lineups for a doubleheader... If Lee can play game 2 tomorrow night, I'd imagine we'll see the same lineup for game 1. luckily its supposed to rain tomorrow too!

Postponed. Day-Night doubleheader tomorrow, first game at noon. Thank god. Let's hope Baker comes to his senses and makes a better lineup.

the thing that concerns me is this: Periods of rain. Rain may be heavy late. Low 71F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 80%. Rainfall may reach two inches. thats a lot of rain...

the problem with Prior is that Baker will probably only have him throw 6 innings no matter how good he is. i just hope it rains so we don't have to use this stupid stupid stupid lineup.

Levine just reported on ESPN 1000 that it's not a serious injury, just inflammation in the shoulder. He is day to day.

Novoa allows 2 runners to get on with 2 strikes on both of them, but K's Andruw Jones to end the inning. Novoa's ERA is now down to 2.57. -

it's not over? I turned it off after maddux imploded with 2 outs in the ??th inning. they just restarted it. Novoa is in now.
