ugh, great He was speculating about Kielty, didn't mention any specific discussions or anything. yea, i dont think he meant kielty specifically. I just think he wanted to make the point of adding a RH outfielder....so i wouldnt mind dye if its gonna be right handed hitter (but not if marmol is in the talks) oh yeah I agree, I'm just hoping Hendry sets his sights a little higher than Bobby Kielty if he makes a deal. Agreed.

Peoria wins 3-2. Siegfried gets the win pitching two scoreless innings of relief. Maradeo gets the save pitching a 1-2-3 9th, including strike out two batters. -

Daytona fell 6-5 as Palm Beach won the game in the bottom of the 9th. Estrada went 6 allowing 8 hits, 3 runs, struck out 6, and walked zero. Downs suffered the loss as he allowed 3 runs in 2+ innings. He gave up the walkoff HR in the 9th. Daytona had 8 hits but Rea had 4 of them, including a triple. Camp, Clevenger, Dope, and Yusuf had the other 4; all singles. Peoria leads West Michigan 3-2 in the bottom of the 9th. Good start for Carrillo: 6 IP, 9 hits, 2 runs, 1 ER, 2 K's/2 BB's. Russ Canzler has two doubles and Aducci is 3/5 with an RBI. Clark Hardman also has a hit, a walk, and an RBI. Tennessee up 6-4 in the 4th. Another bad start for Schappert, though: 3 IP, 5 hits, 4 runs, 0 K's/2 BB's. Fuld and Spearman each are 2/2 with both having one double. Alan Rick also has a double. Colvin is 0/3 with 3 K's. Iowa down 1-0 in the 4th. Soto and Coats have the only hits so far. Felix is 0/1 with a BB and a stolen base. EPatt is 0/2. -

He did? There was an injury delay in the top of the 1st after Pie stole 2nd and advanced to 3rd on an error. But he wasn't taken out of the game. Talk about overreacting.

cubs are gonna lose anyway... why crush the bullpen in the first game of the series? 4-0 is not insurmountable. Hamels has given up the long ball this year. Take him out and try holding them at 4-0, and who knows maybe they can start edging back into the game. They have been very good late in the game lately, and if I recall correctly, Phillys bullpen sucks I don't really trust our offense to come back in this game.
