    Not sure if this is sarcasm.... It's not. I don't trust Howry at all. It's a tie game now, we need to lock them down here. Did you miss last night's game? You're seriously going to judge someone off of one game? Howry gets the DP. One more.

    Why? We're usually down, that's easy to deal with. Being up is unusual, and it makes us nervous. Valid...makes sense. But to me it's more like, "Wow, we're actually pretty good." I'm more relaxed this year and find myself looking at the big picture a lot more. Not me. I'm more fired up this year than ever. I am pissed even if we're only up by a run or two. I guess I just feel that this is the closest we're ever going to get to having a WS-caliber team, and this is our only chance for another 20 years or so. Why, we don't have any pending FA departures and we're still a young ballclub. If anything we'll be even better next season as our young talent develops and we add a pitcher or two. Some article on ESPN.com said we had the 5th oldest team in the majors.

    Well considering Danks is a better pitcher than Lilly, I wouldn't be surprised. Still, there's a long way to go and the wind is blowing out so this isn't insurmountable.

    I think because it's to appease both the Cubs and Sox fans. Tommorow Len and Bob will be on WGN and the WS announcers on CSN. Sunday is on ESPN. Though I can't imagine that even White Sox fans would like to hear the Hawk. Hordes of them think he's great. In fairness, many Sox fans also can't stand him. I would have thought our announcers broadcast in Wrigley and vice versa. They used to do that. I don't know why they stopped that.
