5-0? Not sure about that. Purdue was very fortunate to even have a chance to win the game when they turned the ball over SIX times. Purdue was completely outplayed by NIU when the Huskies beat them a few weeks ago too, so I'm not really seeing how they should be 5-0.

Agreed. I think this game could get very ugly though, so we should at least see McGee in the second half.

Northwestern needed a goal line stand to defeat Purdue. Purdue turned the ball over six times and they fumbled two more on kickoff returns as well. Very ugly game for both teams. Let's see how MSU blows this.

Look who they've played this year and where they've played their games. They were never any good. Yep. They haven't beaten anyone. I think most fans were hoping for about 7 wins max. That being said, they are playing Sparty, so who knows. MSU always seems to do something extremely stupid. Right on cue.

Purdue has had four turnovers their last five possessions and on the other one, it appeared they fumbled the kickoff before the play was reversed. And of course, Northwestern has hardly capitalized on their chances as they're still trailing 21-19.

Fitzgerald elects to kick an 18 yard FG on 4th and goal from the 1 rather than go for it. It doesn't make sense to me why coaches do that.

That makes me feel better. You're going to lose games sometimes when either the goalie stands on his head or you just can't bury golden chances. But overall, you put that kind of pressure on and you'll win a lot of games. Yeah something tells me, the Hawks are prolly going to cruise past the Panthers in the next game. Hopefully. I'll be happy with 3 points in Finland.

Why do people continue to pick the Sharks to actually do something after the first week in April? The same reason why people continue to pick the Cubs to win. Well that's just idiotic.
