  1. Ugh, they're terrible out there tonight. But on the plus side, they've got the best of the X-Mas uniforms.
  2. It was the Packers losing. It was going to be positive for the Bears either way.
  3. One really good QB would help, but they are losing Bowe, possibly Albert and others. If they can retain Albert and get another WR or 2....they'll compete in that division.
  4. Lions get another top 5 pick to add to Stafford, Suh, Megatron. It's almost worth tanking a season for.
  5. Well this is it. Bears gotta do their part and hope GB lets them in the playoffs. A10-6 season without a 17th game would really suck. Being the best team NOT in the playoffs just means the worst possible draft pick for a team that's not good enough. Should get Urlacher and Melton back this week. Go Bears and (UGH) Packers.
  6. Lord, if they got in, I'd strongly prefer playing in Green Bay over playing in CLink. They'd get curbstomped in Seattle. In Green Bay, you'd have a punchers chance. Looks like it's gonna be in SF at this point, if the Bears get in. No way they lose to Arizona to allow Seattle to pass them.
  7. Bears OL and late relayed playcalling wouldn't play well in Seattle.
  8. Well, this game isn't really inspiring. The defense scored twice again, but against a bad team. The offense still sucks, but at least they've blocked well for a change today against a team that has blitzed a lot.
  9. Roach has quietly played a pretty good game. He was actually pretty good last week too after the first drive.
  10. Peppers! 3 sacks today. 2 other tackles for loss
  11. The OL has played pretty well. Especially on the edges.
  12. Eh, Jeffery and Marshall can both get deep and use their size. I'd rather get a guy that can play the slot in addition to the outside. Bennett isn't very good.
  13. Forte hurt? Got his ankle rolled up on. Probably OK for next week, not nearly as bad looking as the other injuries he's suffered.
  14. Yep. And he's not shifty enough for his size to be an asset.
  15. On point B. None of those 3 seem winnable to me, but honestly, I'd rather play at GB than Seattle or SF. In fact that would be my order of preference. Eh, I'm going with the fact the Bears lost at SF without Cutler. Maybe that's a difference. And the Bears could/should have beaten Seattle already. Gotta go on the road somewhere, rather not go a place they never win.
  16. Ugh. Forte done. Not sure why they IR'd Bush. Seems like he could have played in the playoffs.
  17. Keep it going Ravens. Then I think best case may be Seattle winning tonight. A. It would give the Packers a definite "win and bye" scenario. B. I'd rather go to Seattle or SF than Green Bay first week of the playoffs it all goes right.
  18. That was probably the best offensive drive in Bears history.
  19. They keep harping on only Cutler, Marshall and Forte with touches for the Bears. But who else deserves a touch?
  20. YES! Kicked it away from Hester.
  21. Helluva grab, out of bounds though.
  22. Did the Bears even recover the ball? The announcers seem to think they didn't. Bad challenge either way.
  23. Can't advance that.
  24. Win both. Giants and minnesota lose 1.
