Watched the game a second time, Dunlap did his damage on RBs and TEs trying to block hom. Mills was really good and aggressive. Strong game. I thought Long might have had a chance to get to positive, but he did miss a blitz, a run block early and allowed at least 2 tipped passes. Still, I thought he did well enough.

Cutler said he was going for Bennett on the corner route on the INT, but his shoulder got grabbed by the pass rusher and really screwed up the throw.

Why? Because he's skinnier and weaker? He's not faster. If u read my blog you would know! :hello: Green is quicker, twitchier, and thinner Peanut goes for a bump with him and misses, Green's gone. CJ is faster, but is a much bigger target, thus easier to slow down.

Kyle Long had a rough start to the game, IMO. Missed a blitz pickup, got beat on a couple other plays. But he really had a strong game from the mid 2nd quarter on, especially on the move. He and Mills could really be special. Mills gave up some stuff to Dunlap, but nothing major. A lot of offensive communication issues. I think Trestman dumbed down the offense a little to make it to halftime. Then he opened it up some. This offense should be middle of the pack, at least if they get those issues taken care of. Jeffery is legit. Bennett had an early drop, but him not being Kellen Davis immediately makes this team a lot better. And he did make a couple big catches. Not worried about the defense. AJ Green is not on the schedule anymore. Hopefully the rest of the DL will come to play.

No sacks allowed! Bears DL was terrible, and they outsacked the best DL in football, 1-0. Actually Paea and McClellin were pretty good. Melton and Peppers looked like they needed preseason.

Not bad to be down 4 after being bad on defense and out of sync on offense. Throwing on 1st down to Bennett should be open. Strategy for 2nd half is to only punt touchbacks.

Navy runs 1 play, and you can't stop it? Same 'ol Hoosier defense. Just a consistent top 85 FBS defense would make this team a perennial 9 game winner.

Eric Dickerson. I'd go Kareem in basketball. His UCLA work puts him over Magic in LA, for me anyways. Eh. Magic coached the Lakers at one point. He was the face of the franchise. He won a ring without Kareem. Oh and he is the most recognizable member of the group who owns the Dodgers who are looking like WS favorites in their 1st full year of ownership. Also an HIV ambassador. Hes Mr LA and has been for years.
