Washington's pass defense is probably the worst in the NFL: http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/teamdef.php Cincinnati's pass defense: 32nd (i.e. last) in passing ypg. Washington's pass defense: 22nd in passing ypg. Passing yards are generally useless in fantasy football. I'll go with Touchdowns and DVOA over passing yards (Washington is dead last in both). But really, you can't go wrong here. Both matchups are pretty good.

He didn't have an assault rifle. He had 2. No he didn't. He had 0 assault rifles in his possession. I don't see the need to split hairs here but if you want to, knock yourself out. There were 2 assualt rifles in his house. I'm not splitting hairs. There's a huge difference. He had 2 assault-style rifles in his possession, not 2 assault rifles. Small difference in terminology, huge difference in reality. Assault-style means it looks like an automatic, but is really semi-auto. Assault rifles have the capability for full auto. If he had two assault rifles, it would be a federal offense for him to own them. He had a prior record and definitely wouldn't pass the federal screening for the required license. He'd be headed for jail, no question. Tank only violated Illinois state law. The possible penalties he faces are fairly trivial. Maybe a brief stay in state prison, but I doubt it. He had lots of guns in his house which is what Treeman was trying to get across by his post. I just don't see the need to nitpick here. I doubt the different between "Assault Style" and "Assault" changes anything in regards to Treeman's post.

Well, I kind of expected that. I wonder how the Bucs' run game is. 'Cuz we now have one gaping, massive hole in the middle of that line. We'll need to blitz to get any pressure up the middle too. The Bucs can't run the ball. Tank's not especially stout against the run, in any event.

if i were lovie, i'd tell the press that: "While we're very unhappy with our starting defensive tackle's apparent illness concerning the compulsion to own multiple unlicensed handguns, we're trying to win a superbowl, not sweep the good citizen awards here. so, to all the people calling for his immediate suspension, get bent, please." I'd probably be upset with a Leonard Little on my team, but unlicenced guns, I couldn't care less about. Superbowl or bust.

Yet they are 20th in offensive yards and 3rd in defensive yards. (This is probably true, but I dont remember the source of the info) I think much more important is the fact that they're dropping in the rankings. Let's see what rank they are for the month of December after the 31st. That will be a much better indicator. With Tommie & Brown gone, it's really not correct to lump in the spectacular numbers of the defense with those two, when it's pretty clear the unit is not nearly as stout without them. Yardage isn't a very good way to determine defensive efficiency.

I hope B&B weren't rude to him though. God forbid. That had to be a joke by the caller, in reference to all the calls to make Mark Anderson either an OLB or DT. Somebody made a Hester to DT joke, but this didn't sound like a joke. He pumped up Tait's high school all-american status as a DT. One of the B's asked if he was serious and he said yes. He could have been kidding, or the call could have been planted, but it was not an obvious joke. I can't imagine anyone who was listening to the show for more than 5 seconds could have made that call. They spent about 15 mins savaging people who make these suggestions. For the sake of my respect for humanity, I must beleive this man was kidding.

Tank has been about as useful. Seriously? Tank has actually contributed. The other guys have been a black hole of terribleness. Well I'm exaggerating, but he's been as big a 2nd round disappointment as anybody. I gotta disagree with you here. I think he's been alright.
