    I know - this board is already in full meltdown mode. Its hilarious. Oh Roast. So young, so naive. The sooner you realize that the season is over, the Cubs are going to go 0-162, that ARam, Soriano and Theriot are going go hitless all year long and that Kerry Wood is going to give up somewhere around 200 runs this year, the better off you're going to be. But Fukudome is going to hit 162 home runs this year, so it's not all bad.

    I'll miss Dusty for his crazy quotes. I just came across this doozy on a Reds forum: "Home runs are fine, but I'd rather have RBIs and sac flies or ground balls to 2nd with the infield back." I didn't know Home Runs and RBI had no relation to each other They do in reality. They don't in Dustyland.

    Ugh. I have him as well. Thank goodness GEOVANY SOTO is still available in my league. How many teams are in that league? 4? I'm very surprised no one drafted him.

    This opening day sucks :(. I would usually just take my laptop to class and follow the game on gameday but the classes I have are not very friendly to laptops. I'll probably do it anyway. I hear ya. I have PE when the game starts.

    I can come pretty close. I set up some boxes once at about that height (after i saw those videos), just knicked them with my shoe. I can also touch an 8' ceiling with my elbow (I'm 5'7"). /bragging about my short-guy hops I'm the complete opposite. I'm 6'4", and I can't jump worth [expletive].

    To be fair, Marquis typically only sucks in the second half. He's usually mediocre in the first half.
