  1. How many different times have the Cubs been 20 games over .500 this season? They've never been able to get to 21 over.
  2. OK. Enough of you have corrected me. You can stop making me look like an idiot now. ;)
  3. What about the guy who starts the threads? You've won 2 in a row. Nice job so far, but let's wait until you get a little longer streak going, OK? ;)
  4. The Cubs destroyed Sabathia the only time he pitched against them, 9 runs on 8 hits in 2 1/3 innings. A repeat of that performance would be nice.
  5. Im not Fred, Im just tired of getting looked at as a Troll, because im not. Anyone not a Cubs fan on this site is a troll, all things considered. :D Even Jake?
  6. Do you get TBS? It's going to be on that too in case that's not blacked out. It's their game of the week. Maybe the thread title should be changed to show that as well? Yes, I get TBS, but all they will be showing during the game is a blank screen.
  7. And even though I don't get CSN, this game will still be blacked out for me. Stupid, utterly pointless blackout rules.
  8. Fred, what exactly does this stat mean?
  9. Hampton's alive?!
  10. I hate this. WAXI is a local FM radio station that claims to carry all night and weekend Cubs games. Are they carrying tonight's game? Hell no. They've done this multiple times this season. :rules:
  11. The last game of the series looks like one of those games that should have a final score of 13-10, so, of course, it will be a 3-1 ballgame.
  12. Augie Ojeda will homer tonight. Book it.
  13. Huh? I see the Brewers as one of the choices.
  14. No one has posted the gif of Lilly slamming his glove down on the mound?
  15. Edmonds has decent career numbers against the old RJ. He's probably our most patient hitter at this point too. That's not a good sign.
  16. Sorry, MojoPin and I got a little carried away.

  18. But Molina ends the threat by grounding into a double play.

  20. With bats. and every guy, sans Pujols having career years. 2004 part deux? At least Rolen, Edmonds, Pujols, and Walker were all good to great hitters. This is craziness. Yeah, but they still had some guys that went insane that year. Tony Womack comes to mind.
