    I am so conditioned to root against them that I was actually concerned about them having a runner at 3rd with one out and Pujols at the plate. It took me a minute to realize that I should actually be hoping that they do score the run. Funny I had the same problem :)

It's not coming up anymore, but a while back, when I googled my screenname, two of the first four hits were a Yankees and a Cardinals board quoting pieces of this site following Cubs losses. Wow - I just googled my screename and it is a porn site :shock: :shock: :shock:

    I'm still hopeful. He's pitched 3 innings in like 6 days or so and his velocity is going up. I'll be sad when something actually goes wrong. Me too - I did actually allow myself to think for just a second about how cool it would be to have Marmol, Howry, Wood and Dempster pitching well at the back end of the bullpen 8-)
