That would be me. Len told me earlier tonight that he's "100%" sure that Furcal is coming to the Cubs and it may not be announced until Monday. He is expected to sign mid-day Sunday. He also said Pierre is more than likely on the way. Can you tell us how you obtained Len's SN? He got it from the Cubs board from Len b4 he was banned. Its confidential.

OK guys, this is according to len someone on the cubs.com board has talked to len kasper who has reportedly told him that Jim Hendry said to len that Furcal was 100% gonna be a Cub by tomorrow. I PMed Len and got a response: Aramis Fan: i simply need to know if u could log on to nsbb tonight, go to the transaction thread, find the one i start called "Len says Furcal to be a Cubs... no joke" and just back it up and give some info Len: I'll try. He will hopefully back me up soon.

That's also something that they're not really supposed to do, btw. Just found this out too..... ITI is giving a free preview of all articles on it's site for this weekend. Stirring up a good rumor is a good way to convince ppl to buy a membership once the free preview goes away.... :-k

I suppose I am crediting ITI to highly. I just remember back to the beginning of the 2005 season when I was looking for pics of burnitz and hairston in cubs uniforms for my website. ITI was the only place where I found them. It's probably BS.

ITI seems like too much of a reliable source to not believe. If it was on that BS mlbtraderumors site, I'd wouldn't buy it.
