We still have a tendancy to play down to our competition at times, let's hope they've put most of that behind them. Not more than any other of the elite teams in baseball. I don't care about the other good teams out there. I don't want to see our guys get shut down again by John freaking Karstens or anyone like that. I don't buy Brenly's assertion that McClelland calls the K before he rings it up, sure doesn't seem that way. What does it matter 5.0 game lead, just keep it there before that last series, Cubs.

K-Rod hasn't really been that great this season. Not even a top 5 reliever. He finds a way to get a lot of saves, nevertheless Thank you Mark cmon Aramis and friends

I can't help but feel that arroyo didn't pitch that well tonight but just benefitted from a jumpy, impatient cubs offense today McClellands' zone sure didn't help.
